The Suncorp Group is a leader in banking, insurance, investment and superannuation in Australia. Suncorp’s banking division provides a full range of banking services including loans, savings and investment accounts, credit cards, foreign currency services.

Since 1999, CEAD has worked in partnership with Suncorp to deliver the CEAD FM program to more than 2000 employees in the national call centres. CEAD TV (DISE) was a natural extension to the centre’s communications.

Corporate Branding

Branded internally as “Pulse TV”, Suncorp’s iP.TV display network enables them to display live call centre performance data, while also reinforcing a range of corporate and call centre communication items including brand, product and training information through to employee focused initiatives and cultural messages relevant to the centre.

 

 

Client: ALLIANZ AUSTRALIA INSURANCE

The Allianz Group is one of the largest financial services providers in the world. Representing an international network of strong brands with first class products, Allianz brings together the expertise of specialists in property and casualty insurance, life and health insurance, asset management and banking.

When fitting out their new customer contact centre in Adelaide, Allianz approached CEAD to create an iP.TV network using DISE software. Allianz wanted to visually reinforce corporate communication, training and employee engagement initiatives with telephony and statistical data.

Data Link

The display network links to data output from their Avaya telephony system and displays real time call centre performance data including the ‘number of calls waiting’, ’oldest call waiting’ and the overall ‘grade of service’ for the day in each call queue.
